Legislation for bulk sold cosmetic products
Since July 1, 2025, merchants must provide consumers with the same information as for pre-packaged products!
To simplify your compliance, we provide you with an online PDF that compiles all the ingredient sheets and precautions of our bulk sold products. It is accessible via a QR code to scan or by clicking HERE and includes :
- Name and function of the products
- List of ingredients
- Weight
- Usage precaution
- Batch numbers
- Shelf life (if needed)
Thanks to the QR Code, the customer can access the information once they are home via:
- The adhesive label : 3 x 3.6 cm which can be stuck on the product bags
- The business card : 5.5 x 5.5 cm to slip in with the products
- The downloadable file : (above)
Attention : the QR Code does not replace the in-store labeling which must be VISIBLE and READABLE
All you need to do is take the information on the received boxes/bags or on the PDF and display them in the store.
