GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. LEGAL INFORMATION
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between IDHM Savons & Bougies (whose registered office is at 38, rue de la Baronnière 44700 ORVAULT, France, registered at R.C.S. nantes under number 450 134 598), referred to as "the seller" and the person placing the order, referred to as "the buyer" or "customer".
These general terms and conditions of sale are systematically brought to the attention of each buyer when the order is placed. The buyer may also consult these terms and conditions simply, freely and at any time by clicking on the "Terms and conditions of sale" link on the site.
Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of any other documents, such as prospectuses or catalogues issued by the seller, which are for information purposes only.
If the user of this website does not accept these GTC, he/she is asked not to use the services offered by the seller.
In the absence of express acceptance, any condition to the contrary imposed by the buyer will therefore be unenforceable against the seller, regardless of when it may have been brought to the seller's attention.
Savons & Bougies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice, in which case the modifications will apply to all orders placed after the modification.
2 . ORDERS AND PRODUCTS
An order is the purchase by a customer of one or more products/services from the seller via the Internet site https://sb-collection.com/, you do this by selecting the products you want, entering your delivery and billing details, choosing a delivery method and a payment method and paying the corresponding amount.
When the buyer confirms his/her order by clicking on the "Confirm order" button, he/she declares that he/she accepts the order and these GTC in full and without reservation. As soon as the order has been registered, a detailed acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the customer's e-mail address. This acknowledgement of receipt constitutes acceptance of the order and validates the transaction.
The Products offered on https://sb-collection.com/ comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in France.
However, if a Product is withdrawn from sale for any reason by the Supplier, IDHM will withdraw the Product from sale as soon as possible. Under no circumstances can this action give the Customer the right to take legal action.
IDHM endeavours to present the essential characteristics of its products as accurately as possible on the product sheets.
However, the information characterising the products presented may be incomplete or may not correspond to the expectations of the buyer/user. Nevertheless, the buyer/user may send an e-mail to contact@savons-bougies.com to request additional information on all the products presented on the site before making a purchase. The choice and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from inappropriate use or storage of the products.
Product offers are valid while stocks last. If the Product is not available, Savons & Bougies cannot be held responsible, nor can it give the Customer the right to claim damages. In the event of stock shortage, Savons & Bougies undertakes to inform the purchaser by e-mail of the unavailability and offers the purchaser a refund, an exchange for another similar item at the same price level, or a discount on the entire catalogue, depending on the purchaser's wishes.
If the Customer opts for a refund, IDHM will endeavour to refund the Customer within 30 days of the date on which Savons & Bougies informed the Customer of the unavailability of the product.
IDHM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who is considered risky or fraudulent.
3. PRICE
Prices are therefore quoted in euros, excluding delivery charges, any processing costs and specific packaging costs. A detailed order form will accompany the delivery of your parcel.

5. DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMES
The goods will be dispatched once the bank details have been verified and payment has been received. The maximum preparation time is 8 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow 2 to 4 working days for deliveries within mainland France.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the purchaser at the time of ordering. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide all the details necessary for the correct delivery of the parcel. Delivery times are given as an indication only and correspond to the processing times and delivery times indicated by the carrier for each country depending on the choice of service.
6. PAYMENT
The products ordered are payable in full to IDHM, as soon as your order form is issued on the website, by one of the following methods of payment:
by cheque, bank transfer or secure card payment. Payment in three instalments is accepted for orders over 300 euros excluding VAT.
Orders paid for by cheque will only be processed on receipt of payment. Availability and dispatch times are recalculated from the date of receipt of payment. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 15 days of your order being placed.
7. TRANSPORT AND LIABILITY
The risks shall be borne by the customer from the date on which the products ordered leave the seller's premises.
The goods travel at your expense, risk and peril. You must therefore check your parcel at the time of delivery and, if necessary, make any reservations on the delivery note provided by the carrier, and in all cases notify IDHM by registered letter within three days of receipt of the parcel.
8. PRODUCT RETURN
Any return of a product, whether for the amicable settlement of a claim or for any other reason, must be the subject of a formal agreement between the buyer and the seller. If the product has been received and meets the conditions for reimbursement (product complete, packaged and in perfect condition for resale), the reimbursement will be made within 30 days, to the bank account used for payment or by a credit note valid on a future order as soon as the product is received. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Packages sent by savons & bougies and not received by the buyer will be returned by the service.
9. RETENTION OF TITLE
SB Collection remains the owner of the goods sold until the price has been paid in full.
By connecting to the Internet site created by IDHM, which holds all the intellectual property rights relating to it, the customer undertakes not to copy or download all or part of its content, except with the prior and express authorisation of IDHM.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect the strictly confidential nature of the information sent to us when an account is opened. We undertake not to sell, transmit and/or disclose this information to anyone under any circumstances. Personal information is used solely for business and management purposes and to get to know and serve our customers better.
