The prices will be available on our website when your account is created and validated by us.
How can I create an account if I don't have a Siret number or VAT number?
You can create your account by specifying "company in the process of creation" and by transmitting us your creation form or just specifying the name of your company.
After validation we will ask you to communicate your number to us as soon as we receive it.
How long does it take to validate my account ?
We have an average time of 24 to 48 hours to validate your account. Beyond that, check your mailbox and your spam, we certainly miss an information and you will have received an e-mail.

We have no minimum or maximum purchase required.
What are the payment methods ?
You have different possibilities of payment. You can proceed either by credit card (payment in 3x without fees from 300€ HT) or by bank transfer.
For bank transfer, we will wait for the reception of the payment to send your order.

What is your preparation time ?
We announce a delay of 7 working days maximum before expedition.
What is your delivery time ?
In UK, we have an average delivery time between 3 and 5 days.
How do I track my shipment ?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from the carrier with your tracking information. He will contact you at the time of delivery.
What if I have a missing product in my order?
During the preparation of your order, if a product is missing from your order, our employee will contact you to replace it or to produce a discount coupon. If we don't have any answer and after 24 hours we send the order with the mention "BR" for Discount Coupon near the missing product
