How do I create an account on your site?
Go to the page: Create my account. Make sure you fill in all the fields in the form, otherwise we won't be able to validate your account.
How can I access your prices?
The rates will be available on our website once your account has been created and validated by us.
How do I create an account if I don't have a siret number?
You can create your account by specifying "company in the process of being created" and sending us your creation form.
After validation, we will ask you to send us your number as soon as we receive it.
How long does it take to validate my account?
On average, we take 24 to 48 hours to validate your account. After that, please check your mailbox and your spam, as we are probably missing some information and you will have received an e-mail.

SB collection offers 3 methods of payment for your purchases
1/ Credit card with Scellius from the Banque Postale:
Credit cards accepted are : Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, Carte Bleue Nationale.
After clicking on "Payment by credit card", choose your credit card model. Confirm your order by ticking "I accept the terms and conditions of sale", then click on "Proceed to payment". You will then be redirected to the secure "Scellius" payment system of La Banque Postale. Enter your credit card number, security code and expiry date. Your transaction is carried out on our bank's website, in a totally secure environment using SSL standards (128 bits). Your bank details are completely encrypted. At no time does SB COLLECTION have access to your banking information or store your data.
2/ Payment by credit card in 3 instalments or within 30 days with HERO :
We have entrusted the company Héro with the management of deferred payment in 30 days or in three instalments with your bank card. This option is available from a purchase of €300 excluding VAT.
We currently only offer this option in France, but it should be extended to other European countries in the coming months
HERO is responsible for checking customer details and creditworthiness. HERO may ask you for additional information to validate your payment term, which may delay validation of the transaction by a few hours.
HERO assumes the risk of non-payment.
3/ Payment by bank transfer:
Once you have chosen this method of payment, we will provide you with our bank details for making the transfer. You must then give instructions to your bank to make the transfer to our account. Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order.
For transfers outside the European Union, please remember to cover the "foreign correspondent" charges.

What are your terms of sale?
We have no minimum or maximum purchase requirements.
Postage is free in France and Belgium for orders over €450 excluding VAT.
What methods of payment are available?
You have various payment options. You can pay by credit card (payment in 3x without charge from €300 excluding VAT), by cheque or by bank transfer.
In the last two cases, we will wait until we have received payment before dispatching your order.
Order preparation and delivery
What is your preparation time?
We expect your order to be dispatched within a maximum of 7 working days.
What is your delivery time?
In France, we have an average delivery time of between 24 and 72 hours.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from the carrier with your tracking details. They will contact you when your order is ready for delivery.
What do I do if my order is missing a product?
During the preparation of your order, if a product is missing from your order, our preparer will contact you to arrange a replacement or a discount voucher. If you do not reply within 24/48 hours, we will dispatch your order with the word "BR" for "Bon de Réduction" next to the missing product.
How do I use a discount voucher?
If you receive a discount voucher, it will automatically be applied to your next order.

Error messages
I have a 500 error when validating my order.
This message appears when you have forgotten to enter your telephone number. It is mandatory for the correct delivery of your goods.
You can add it in the address section or contact us by email or telephone.
