COLLECTION BY THE CUSTOMER OR DISPATCH AFTER VALIDATION OF A TRANSPORT QUOTE

Preparation time: 7 working days maximum except in exceptional cases + carrier's delivery time. Do not hesitate to contact us for faster delivery in exceptional cases.

Customs clearance :

Orders outside the EU: All orders placed on https://sb-collection.com/, sb-collection.it, sb-collection.de, sb-collection.es, sb-collection.co.uk, sb-collection.pl and delivered outside the European Union and to French overseas departments and territories will be invoiced without VAT.

Certain destinations may be subject to taxes and customs duties, as well as administrative costs for customs clearance. These costs are borne by the Customer and are not the responsibility of our company.

Receipt of a pallet :

In the interests of quality and protection, parcels sent by carrier are sent on pallets. Small and medium-sized pallets (40*60, 60*80) are shrink-wrapped, strapped on the outside and taped with a guarantee strip.

The 80*120 pallets are filmed and taped with the guarantee tape.

In the presence of the delivery person, and before signing the delivery note, check the condition of the pallet and its shrink-wrapping, as well as its conformity with your order. The pallet must be shrink-wrapped, strapped and taped with a guarantee strip.

However, in the event of any anomaly, it is imperative that you note any reservations on the delivery note and notify us and the carrier before noon the following day.

You must mention each anomaly to the carrier:

- Number of packages and condition of packaging: carton torn, wet, pallet film damaged, warranty tape removed, strapping missing, etc

- Reference(s) and number of broken or damaged parts

- Missing packages: number, reference

Reminder:

Our goods travel at the recipient's risk.

We remind you that the words "subject to unpacking" are not recognised as valid.

We will not be able to deal with your complaint if no clear reservation is communicated to the carrier within the time limit indicated.

*Zone 4:

Zone 4 includes countries where postage is charged separately from the order. The customer can either collect the order or use a transport solution that we can offer for all destinations, but which is subject to a specific quotation and separate invoicing.
